Design and quality
The villa was designed by MARTÍ AND SARDÁ; architects with a wide and successful professional career. The concept and the objective of the villa is to provide every room with an access to the garden. The successful design makes the house functional, comfortable, spacious and bright. The three spacious and comfortable bathrooms are equipped the premium quality brand products, such as Porcelanosa and Grohe. There is and independent guests' area inside the house, with its own bedroom and bathroom. The ample living room has various exits: to the swimming pool, to the garden and to a bright and charming porch. In order to provide the house with warmth, the architects have installed solid wood beams on ceilings in every room. These beams contribute to create an outstanding decoration, while adding a spacious look to the indoor design. There is a window in the wall between the kitchen and the living room, which beside being convenient and practical, also complements the interior design of the house. The well-located laundry room has a separate entrance to the garden and its genuine location and distribution offers intimacy and convenience. All these details make the house convenient and comfortable for living.
